Dominic has more than 35 years of experience in mining operations, project management, and consulting in precious and base-metal mining across Australia, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Dominic has considerable experience in underground and open-pit mining operations, having worked for many years on mine sites and then progressing to project management and C-suite executive. His experience working with a mix of junior and mid-tier mining companies has provided him with a multitude of skills in relation to all aspects of project development studies across a broad range of commodities.
After graduating from the University of Sydney (BE Mining), he spent the first 13 years at mining operations in Western Australia. He then took a fly in/fly out (FIFO) role assisting in the development of an underground gold mine in China. Upon his return to Australia, he joined Perilya Ltd as its Group Mining Engineer. Dominic then joined Griffin Mining as their COO where he remained for 6 years. He returned to Australia and worked for 2 junior mining companies developing assets in Namibia. He relocated to the UK in 2011 with his family. Since moving to the UK, Dominic has worked in private equity and consulting, most recently with AMC Consultants UK.
Mark is a highly experienced trader in metal derivatives and physical commodities, mining investor and entrepreneur. He has founded (and listed) several mineral exploration companies in the natural resources sector and he has also acted as an expert witness in high-profile metals and mining related commercial disputes.
He is the former Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Galena Asset Management Ltd, the fund management arm of Trafigura, and then latterly a partner at Apollo Management, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers.
He holds an B.A. in Physics from Oxford University, is married with two children and lives just outside of London.
Brett is an experienced mining and technology executive with expertise in project development and mining technology commercialisation. Brett has co-founded and capitalised a number of UK and Australian resource companies including DEI Ltd, Signature Gold Ltd, Chrysos Corporation Limited, Tellus Holdings Ltd . Brett is currently founder and CEO of DryFlow Magnetics Pty Ltd, a mining technology company focused on green steel and also heads the joint venture partner of Agripower Australia Limited, a private equity backed industrial minerals company focused on silicon products.
Brett holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Duke University and is a CFA charterholder. Brett has international finance experience as a senior investment banker with UBS (and Credit Suisse ) in London, New York and Sydney. He was appointed as a Director of the Company on 26 May 2015.
Andrew is the founder and director of Stellium, a company providing business development, communication, investor access, and corporate advisory services to growth companies. Prior to founding Stellium, Andrew spent 14 years working in capital markets roles focused primarily on growth companies and natural resources. He has extensive experience in capital raising for mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy businesses both privately and also listed on public exchanges (AIM, TSX and ASX).
Andew is a past Chairman of the Audit Finance and Governance committee for Wealden Council, in the UK and also sits on the board of a UK based pension fund managing £5bn and previously chaired the Council’s private arms-length property development company.
